Impact

Who are we

IMPACT is the vibrant young adults ministry of Trinity Baptist Church, created for individuals aged 18 to 40 who are passionate about growing in their faith, discovering purpose and making a difference in the world around them. Whether in education, employment, training or exploring career opportunities, IMPACT exists to support young adults through every stage of life by building a Christ-centred community where faith, fellowship and personal development thrive together.

What began as a small gathering of young adults meeting for spiritual, social and career-focused seminars has grown into a dynamic movement within the church. In May 2021, Pastor Kingsley commissioned the weekly IMPACT Service, now gathering over 250 young adults every Sunday at Oasis House to worship Jesus, encounter God’s presence and grow deeper in His Word. The ministry is led by Pastor Kwame Peprah alongside the IMPACT Executive Leadership team, with a vision to inspire, equip and mobilise young adults to become disciples of Christ and active partners in God’s mission.

At the heart of IMPACT is the belief that young people can fully pursue God while excelling in their careers, relationships and calling. Guided by Matthew 6:33, the ministry is committed to helping young adults place God at the centre of every area of life. Through discipleship classes, Bible study, prayer gatherings, leadership development, retreats, conferences and relationship seminars, IMPACT empowers young adults to discover their identity in Christ, develop their spiritual gifts and fulfil their God-given purpose.

Beyond spiritual growth, IMPACT is also a thriving social and outreach community. The ministry hosts a range of social activities and events designed to foster authentic friendships, and strong professional and spiritual networks. Through departments such as Women of Impact and Kingsmen, young adults are encouraged to grow in community, accountability and leadership while addressing the unique challenges and opportunities faced by men and women today.

IMPACT is also deeply committed to serving others through social action, fundraising and international outreach projects. Over the years, the ministry has raised funds and supported initiatives for underprivileged communities both locally and internationally, including outreach efforts in Kenya, Jamaica and Ghana. Through these missions and charitable projects, IMPACT continues to demonstrate the love of Christ in practical ways while raising a generation of compassionate, purpose-driven leaders committed to transforming lives and communities for God’s glory.
