Reverend Kingsley has a passion for the family, and is currently engaged in activities internally within Trinity and externally with a weekly television programme, which seek to promote family values and address issues facing ethnic minority families.
He is also leading Trinity Baptist Church in helping to build an orphanage complex in Ghana, which will provide a place for orphans to live, go to school, as well as providing a well-equipped clinic and vocational school. He is committed to helping others develop their potential, with a particular emphasis on mentoring emerging leaders within Trinity.
Kingsley Appiagyei
Senior Pastor
He is the Senior Pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, serving congregations both in the United Kingdom and Ghana. A leader with a profound commitment to fostering godly family values, nurturing effective leadership, and guiding the next generation, Reverend Appiagyei has been instrumental in the growth and impact of KAF.
He was the President of the Baptist Union of Great Britain in 2009. Reverend Kingsley exercises a remarkable ministry and all who know him will agree that he is truly a man of God. His love for the Word of God and his deep commitment to prayer and revival. After his studies at Spurgeon’s, the Lord led Rev. Kingsley to begin Trinity Baptist Church, which started in a home in South Norwood with eight people. Through God’s leading Trinity Baptist has experienced tremendous growth over the years and the starting of several church plants from the congregation.Reverend Kingsley has succeeded, through Trinity Baptist Church, in providing sound and effective leadership for its members. His messages and teaching are centred on the building of godly characters as Christians.
Stephen Asibuo
Resident Pastor & Head Of Pastoral Care & Counselling Tbc Oasis House
Pastor Stephen Asibuo is the Resident Pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, Oasis House, Croydon, where he has served in various leadership capacities over the past 30 years. He is also in charge of Pastoral Care and counselling.
He has passion for preaching and teaching the Word of God. His ministry of expository preaching has blessed many across the globe. Stephen is also a supervisor for ministers in training (MITs) at Spurgeon’s University College.
He believes in the vision of the TBC, and he continually trusts God to accomplish great things for TBC through the spoken word. This includes reaching new audiences through the social media platforms, and satellite transmissions to both countries the gospel is accessible and countries previously unable to receive the Gospel.
Silvester Asante
Resident Pastor Tbc Oasis House, Akan Service- West Norwood
Pastor Silvester Asante serves as the Head Pastor of the Akan service. He holds a diploma in Theology from South London Christian Bible College and a degree in theology from Spurgeon’s College. As one of the founding members of Trinity Baptist Church, he has dedicated the last 34 years to the ministry. Pastor Silvester is a devoted follower of Christ with a deep commitment to prayer, which has inspired him to initiate various prayer gatherings, including Jabez hour, Victory Prayers, and Hill Top Prayers, among others. He is married to Mrs. Akosua Asante, and together they have been blessed with five children. He currently continues to serve his role as the Head Pastor for the Akan service.
Lawrence Mensah Sarpong
Pastor & Chief Operations Officer
Pastor Lawrence Mensah Sarpong, popularly known as Pastor Nana Sarpong, is an ordained Baptist minister who serves as both a Pastor and the Chief Operations Officer at Trinity Baptist Church- London. A devoted family man, he has a deep passion for sharing the Word of God through preaching, worship, and music.
Pastor Nana Sarpong is a seasoned worship and praise leader whose ministry has extended beyond the United Kingdom to other continents, impacting lives through inspired worship and sound biblical teaching. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Rural Development from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Theology from Ghana Baptist Theological Seminary.
He remains committed to advancing God’s kingdom through faithful service, leadership, and a heart for worship.
